WOWEEEEE. WHAT A WEEKEND!

It’s been 10 years since Simon and Nikki Nicholas moved to the heart of hop country and opened the doors of Hop Federation Brewery. We reckoned it was a pretty big deal, so this Beervana, we threw a big ol’ glitter party with the whole brewery team there to celebrate. Here’s the highlights…

THE BREWS

We had an epic line-up of birthday brews, along with our fresh new WCIPA, 'Brews Willis', our signature Red IPA and gold-medal winning Fields of Green Hazy IPA.

🍋 LEMON, LIME & GLITTER

We brought it back! A zingy lemon sour with a glitter swirl for a bit of pizazz. Not only was it a beauty to look at, i was super tasty too.

🎂 CHOC BERRY CAKE STOUT

No birthday party is complete without cake, but it’s even better when it’s cake-flavoured beer. Deep, dark, chocolatey goodness with a pop of raspberry to give some freshness and take you back for another sip. Another slice, anyone?

🥂 BRUT PILSNER 🥈

Clink those Beervana glasses together and celebrate 10 years with us. This silver medal winning Pilsner brew is crisp and classy, with champagne yeast added at the end of the brewing process to create Brut style bubbles and a satisfyingly dry finish. Cheers!

Gettin’ Cray Cray with the food

We bought back an absolute crowd favourite with Martin Bosley's legendary, cheesy, mouth-watering Crayfish Cheese Rolls! And just like the first time we had them, they went down an absolute treat.
